Once your payment is confirmed and your order is received, our studio begins preparing your item. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing, as all garments are made to order.
After processing, your order will be shipped via express courier DHL directly to your doorstep. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment every step of the way.

International Orders
All international orders are crafted with the same attention and care. Once payment is received, our team will begin processing your order within 2–3 business days.
Orders are shipped via DHL Express, with delivery estimated between 7–15 business days depending on your country. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch so you can follow your parcel with ease.
