Order Issues

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include supporting photos. We’ll gladly assist with a replacement or other suitable resolution.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if anything is amiss, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and customization, certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items, including special orders and tailored garments

  • Intimates and personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous or flammable materials (if applicable)

Exchanges 

We want you to love your purchase. If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return the item you currently have

  2. Place a new order for the item you’d like instead

This ensures quicker processing and helps us maintain accurate inventory.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–14 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds in your account.
